Huang once again shares information about the sizes of OpenAI models.
It appears that the new GPT-5 is built with around two trillion parameters. Previously, he showed similar figures for GPT-4, for example, GPT MoE — 1.8 trillion. This means that over three years, OpenAI’s maximum model has not grown in size — it remains the same in terms of the number of parameters.
