Y Combinator will serve as the platform for the presentation of ARC-AGI 3.
Very soon, on March 25th, the Launch Party will take place — an event dedicated to the release of the third version of the renowned ARC-AGI test. This launch promises to be a significant step in the development of one of the most rigorous methods for evaluating artificial intelligence’s ability to perform abstract reasoning.
This set of tasks — the Abstraction and Reasoning Corpus (ARC), developed by François Chollet — is used as a primary tool to verify whether algorithms can truly solve logical puzzles rather than merely memorize patterns. It acts as a kind of barrier to assess the genuine capabilities of AI.
The new version, ARC-AGI-3, is expected to delight researchers with fresh challenges and expanded task sets that will pose serious tests to models and allow for a more accurate assessment of progress toward creating artificial general intelligence.
The event will feature prominent experts such as Greg Camarillo, François Chollet, and Sam Altman.
