Continuing the topic of real-time dynamic world generation, it’s worth noting that MetaByte is still steadily advancing the development of its metaverse called Horizon. Inside the Horizon World Builder, a new button has appeared — Environment Generation with generative AI tools for creators. This feature is already accompanied by comprehensive documentation, which can be accessed via a link — everything is explained in detail.
We recommend checking out the video — it excellently illustrates the capabilities of the new feature and speaks for itself. It’s also worth visiting the blog, where information is provided about new tools that stimulate creators in mobile worlds. These include AI-Avatars, AI-NPCs, and automatic sound generation — in general, the range of upcoming innovations is impressive.
Interestingly, while many focus on neural rendering and broadcast processes related to neural generation, MetaByte is choosing a strategy of direct neural creation of 3D worlds. This approach is rougher but provides absolute control and originality of content.
Of course, the question arises: where will all this lead in the end, and will the paths of neural generation and full neural creation converge in the future? So far, everything looks very exciting and promising.
